Maintaining historical timetabling records and data to assist with reporting, planning and decision-making as required by the Director (Courses), the Associate Dean (Education), the Faculty Operations Manager and/or Faculty General Manager. Assisting the Director (Courses) with the development of the Faculty's annual teaching timetable. In this role you will be responsible for: The position will be based at the centrally located UTS Campus in Ultimo and will report directly to the Faculty Operations Manager. The incumbent also manages projects that arise out of the subject timetabling responsibilities of the Director (Courses) and assists the Director with the allocation of academic staff to the Faculty timetable. The Subject Logistics Officer is accountable for the planning and implementation of the Faculty's annual teaching timetable in collaboration with the UTS SAU Timetabling team to ensure effective and efficient use of space and teaching resources. The Faculty is home to Anti-Slavery Australia (ASA), the joint Faculty of Law and Faculty of Arts and Social Science Centre for Media Transition (CMT), and the joint UTS and UNSW Australasian Legal Information Institute (AustLII).
